Cancer Care for Massage Therapist- 2 Day CEU course

This practical two day seminar demonstrates safe and effective spa services for clients living with cancer. We will work with clients who are in treatment for cancer or recently completed treatment. Christine Clinton has been in the wellness sector for 27 years. She is licensed in Massage, Skincare, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage & Energy Medicine.  She has a certification in Medical Massage for cancer patients from Memorial-Sloan Kettering and attended clinical training in mind-body medicine at Harvard Medical School.

The 2 day training is a fully comprehensive program working with actual patients.  On completion of the 2 day training the Therapist is required to do 10 case studies (with 5 different persons) in a 6 week period.  

After the case study period, Christine then returns for the final 3rd day of training to answer questions and review case studies. Culminating in a media event to certify therapists and recongize spas who have completed the program.
